How do I return my Philips Hue purchase?

Accepted Answer

You can return any Philips Hue product within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you bought a bundle, you will need to return all products in that bundle. If you bought a product as part of a promotion, check the Terms & Conditions of that promotion before starting a return.

Return product by following these steps:

Go to the Order status & returns page.
Follow the instructions to find your order and start a return.
Once you've received the email with your return label, print the label, attach it to a delivery box, and send back your product and all of its parts in the original packaging.
We will issue your refund and send a confirmation email once the product has been received and checked.

What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?

If you have received a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement product or full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
