Parramatta Square 3

Parramatta Square 3 was the first Parramatta Square project mySmart delivered in conjunction with Philips Dynalite. Two more followed shortly after—PS5 and PS7. Dynalite was used as the lighting control solution for both the base build and the major tenant’s NAB outfit. The solution was delivered on time and under budget thanks to their partnership with Signify. Using Dynalite allowed the PS3 to achieve a Five Star Green Star rating and 5.5 star NABERS Energy rating.
