This project incorporated many examples of bluebottle’s products and offerings. Color Kinetics iColor Flex LMX gen2 RGB luminaires were used for the façade, boasting a massive 46,000 nodes with 72 mm on-center node spacing. An IHA guest room system with Philips Dynalite controls was installed throughout the common areas.

Hotel X is the first interactive hospitality project to be completed in Australia. It is also the first of its kind to be built and designed by a CSI partner. It comprises 147 IHA-enabled guest rooms, front of house, back of house, and a full exterior façade with lighting control systems. All of these are enabled with remote access support.
